Reconstructive Surgery

Reconstructive foot and ankle surgery is a sub-specialized surgical approach aimed at restoring the function and structure of the foot and ankle, often after traumatic injuries, strokes, congenital deformities, or severe conditions like arthritis or diabetic complications. This type of surgery focuses on repairing or reconstructing damaged bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and correct deformities.

At Cascade Foot Clinic, our surgeon has undergone additional fellowship training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, which allows us to offer advanced surgical techniques such as customized 3D printed implants that are not always available in every practice. This specialized training, completed after their formal medical education and residency, provides our surgeon with expertise in treating complex foot and ankle conditions.
