For over 40 years, our podiatry practice has been proudly serving the Bend and Central Oregon community with expert foot and ankle care. Dr. Ambrose Su, DPM
Board Certified Podiatrist
Dr. Ambrose Su, DPM has been practicing at Cascade Foot Clinic, LLC for over 40 years. He moved to Bend to start his practice because of the lifestyle the community offered then, and still today.
He enjoys combining his expertise in foot and ankle problems with his many hobbies. Starting as a teen, over the years and still currently Dr. Su has been an avid rock climber, mountaineer, ice climber, marathon runner, nordic ski racer, alpine ski racer, bicycle racer, ski mountaineer, hiker, tennis player, and yoga practicer. He knowledge of the footwear used, the biomechanics involved, common injuries associated with, and performance enhancement can help you the individual patient be treated in the best way possible. Dr. Su also is able to provide custom 3-D fitted foot orthotics for maximum comfort and performance.
Dr. Su brings the latest technology to his practice as well. He was the first in Oregon to bring laser treatment for fungal toenails in 2009. He was one of the first to bring Shock Wave Therapy to the Central Oregon area. He has also used the latest in regenerative medicine since 1995 including PRP and Exosomes, as well as the latest new surgical procedures such as big toe joint allograft replacement for arthritis.
Dr. Amida Hair, DPM
Board Certified Podiatrist
Dr. Hair is a board certified podiatric surgeon specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She graduated with a degree in biochemistry and biophysics from Oregon State University before earning her medical degree from Temple University. She completed her surgical training with a 3 year residency in Detroit, Michigan followed by a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery mastering innovative techniques such as ankle replacements, Charcot reconstruction, and deformity corrections.
She is passionate about research and innovations in medicine, she has published several papers regarding orthopedic and endocrinology and has presented at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons national conference.
Dr. Hair is affiliated with St. Charles medical center. She is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin and is currently taking new patients
